How do i export the file and what format should i choose?

You can export the file normally from any editing system. Just make sure to choose this format:
QuickTime (Mov), AppleProRes 422 or higher with the highest bitrate. For the sound, the best is if you provide 6 separate audio tracks already labeled (L,R,C,LFE,RL,RC). In case you only have a stereo track we’ll triplicate it and take care of that as well
